Availability

Available releases are listed on our official download page. Features described as upcoming are not included until released. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access on a particular date or platform.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Free includes the local planning experience. Plus provides the capabilities listed at purchase. macOS checkout is handled by Creem; Apple manages App Store purchases. The price, currency, billing period, taxes, and final total are presented before payment. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled through the original billing provider. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves access for the remainder of the paid period.

Contact hello@aimascent.com with your receipt reference for payment or refund questions. Requests are reviewed under the applicable provider terms and consumer rights. Nothing here excludes mandatory statutory rights. Your local records and exports remain available when Plus expires. Service features requiring an active subscription may stop.

Updates and data

The official macOS distribution checks for updates through Sparkle. You can check manually from the app menu. Update checks contact our release host and may generate ordinary connection logs. Save your work before restarting. Keep recovery information and backups secure; AimAscent support cannot decrypt encrypted Vault content without your keys.

Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use automated systems to abuse the waitlist or other services.

Intellectual property

The AimAscent name, brand, website design, text, and original product materials belong to AimAscent or their respective licensors. References to third-party research or platforms remain the property of their owners.

No warranty

The pre-release website is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep it accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every description will remain unchanged.
